This one-to-one time before each appointment allows us to discuss any issues or problem areas and create a suitable treatment plan. Using a holistic approach restores balance to the body & mind that support the body’s natural healing ability.

I qualified as a Complementary Massage therapist 4years ago after working for many years within the Sports Health & fitness industry as a sports coach and fitness trainer. This gave me the knowledge of how important it is to look after the body and the positive impact regular massage has on our health and well-being.
