Based within Arbroaths award-winning NuYou Anti-Ageing & Wellbeing clinic, Lynsey offers a variety of relaxing and therapeutic Massage & Complementary Therapies.

All treatments are tailored specifically for each individual clients needs. This one-to-one time before each appointment allows us to discuss any issues or problem areas and create a suitable treatment plan.

I cannot recommend LSP Therapies enough. From start to finish it was soo relaxing! Lynsey talked me through everything and made sure I was fully comfortable throughout the whole experience/process of my massage.
Have had 3 deep tissue back massage sessions with Lynsey recently and the difference in my movement is incredible. I suffer from fibromyalgia and got to the stage where I was struggling with daily activities because of the pain. I’ve had 2 x 30 min sessions and 1 X 45 min session so far. I now have full range of movement in both my shoulders and have so much motivation and energy from not being in so much pain. Lynsey always talks me through what she’s doing and ensures that I am comfortable at all times. Amazing pregnancy massage from Lynsey during the week. She fit me in last minute which was fab as I was in quite a lot of pain in my lower back. Relaxing environment, professional all the way through.
